Agreement or Policy with Vendor

At Reliable Digital Xpert, we maintain a formalized process for agreements with our vendors. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing vendor agreements:

Provisional Agreements

• Any agreement initiated or communicated through our official email ID, info@digitalmarketingindore.com, is considered provisional.
• An agreement will only be deemed final and binding upon the signing of a formal paper document by the Founder, Ranjan Rathi, and the Co-Founder, Neha Rathi.

Email Communication

• The official email ID (info@digitalmarketingindore.com) is managed by our team. Agreements exchanged via this email are not binding unless followed by a signed document as per company protocols.

Legal Compliance

• All legal compliance matters or disputes arising from agreements with Reliable Digital Xpert will be subject to resolution under the jurisdiction of Indore courts.

Policy Adherence

• Vendors are required to adhere to this policy. Agreements made solely through email without the proper authorization of the directors are not recognized as valid or enforceable by Reliable Digital Xpert.
