In 2013, Mr. Rathi founded Reliable Digital Xpert (RDX). With a deep belief in his work and vision, he started as a one-man army, gradually growing his team. By 2014, despite facing challenges such as the real estate sector downturn, Mr. Rathi’s resilience allowed him to learn and adapt. The year 2016 marked a key moment for him as he immersed himself in the world of advertisement, realizing the power of communication in shaping consumer behavior.

Mr. Rathi’s understanding of advertising as a tool for education and engagement proved to be his strength. In 2018, Mrs. Neha Rathi joined the team, bringing with her a sharp expertise in SEO, enabling RDX to unlock new opportunities in digital marketing. Together, they began working with clients in the medical sector, bringing noticeable improvements in their online visibility.

During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, RDX directly supported healthcare providers with effective digital marketing strategies, helping them reach their audience with accurate information. This period also highlighted the essential shift towards digital marketing, as traditional media like newspapers and radio lost their dominance. With the rise of the digital market, RDX’s ability to deliver quick results through targeted lead generation campaigns set them apart from competitors.
