Definitions

• “User”: Refers to any individual, partnership, LLP, or organization availing of Reliable Digital Expert’s services for personal or business purposes.

Usage Policy

• Reliable Digital Expert is not accountable for any copyrighted materials, images, text, or promotional content used during digital promotions.
• Once services are discontinued, we are not liable for any legal compliance related to the client.
• Clients are required to thoroughly review all content (images, text, etc.) upon website delivery. The final review deadline is 45 days from the date of delivery.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By availing of our services or transacting with Reliable Digital Expert, users agree to these terms and any associated policies. These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice and will apply as revised.

Scope of Agreement

This document outlines the general terms and conditions for using and engaging with Reliable Digital Expert’s services.

Payment Policy

• Users agree to pay the fees or commissions outlined for Reliable Digital Expert’s services. Charges will be deducted as per the agreed terms.
• Payment transactions are processed securely through third-party gateways like Paytm or Tez. Any issues or liabilities arising from these payment gateways are the responsibility of the gateway providers.

User Information & Declarations

• Users must provide accurate information. If any details are found to be false or misleading, Reliable Digital Expert reserves the right to terminate services and investigate the matter.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials (User ID and password). Reliable Digital Expert is not liable for any losses incurred due to compromised credentials, though assistance may be provided to retrieve or reset them.
• By engaging with us, users consent to receive emails, calls, and messages for confirmations, feedback, and promotional purposes.
• Reliable Digital Expert reserves the right to request additional information to comply with KYC requirements or improve service delivery.

User Limitation Guidelines

• Services are strictly for end-user purposes. Reliable Digital Expert reserves the right to terminate accounts and claim damages if services are used for trading or unauthorized purposes.
• All website data, information, and materials belong exclusively to Reliable Digital Expert. Unauthorized copying, usage, or sharing is prohibited and may result in legal action or claims for damages.

Performance and Liability Limitations

• Reliable Digital Expert does not guarantee specific results, business leads, or advertisement rankings. We do not represent any particular search engine or guarantee ad placement positions.
• While we strive for seamless service, we are not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues, signal losses, or connection errors.
• Reliable Digital Expert is responsible only for providing advertisement space and activating accounts as per agreed plans.
• Though we take precautions to ensure virus-free content, Reliable Digital Expert is not liable for damages caused by malware or similar risks.
• Service limitations arising from changes in laws, government policies, network failures, strikes, or natural disasters are beyond our liability.
• If Reliable Digital Expert is found deficient in service delivery, liability is limited to the unused portion of the service fees.

Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify Reliable Digital Expert against liabilities arising from false representations or misleading advertisements. Reliable Digital Expert may seek indemnification for any damages or inconveniences caused by user actions.
• Any applicable taxes or government-imposed charges, whether retrospective or prospective, will be borne by the user.

Graphics Policy

• Reliable Digital Expert provides high-quality graphic designs using images sourced from platforms like Google or other websites. However, we are not liable for any legal issues or penalties arising from the use of these images.

Forfeiture of Digital Assets

In the case of non-payment, and after providing written notice, Reliable Digital Expert reserves the right to take the following actions:

• Website Access: Temporary suspension or restriction of access to the client’s website or digital assets until dues are cleared.
• Account Management: Revocation of access and management rights to the client’s Google My Business page or social media accounts until full payment is received.
